Badge Information FAQs


For all 5x9 and 10x9 booths, vendors will receive (3) complimentary badges. For every 20x9 booth, vendors will receive (6) complimentary badges. Each additional badge will cost $249.  

Exhibitor Registration will be in the Ryman Foyer, right before you enter the exhibit space. Badge Registration opens on Sunday, August 17th at 1:00 PM. The exhibit space / tradeshow floor will not open until 1:00 PM.

For any badge changes or exchanges, please edit the booth attendee names in your virtual booth by the main booth admin logging into the system. Once logged in, click your name in the top right then select "Edit Booth" from the dropdown. Badges can be edited in Step 5.
