Yes, however, all special requests must be noted in your registration including any disability accommodations needed. The Travel team will work to accommodate all requests, but they are not guaranteed.

Standard flights will be booked for arrival on August 17th and departure on August 19th. A special request may be made during registration if you would like to request alternative travel dates. Please include manager's approval for the requested dates during registration. All special requests must be noted in your registration including any disability accommodations needed. No changes will be accepted after registration is complete. If the extra day(s) are for personal or recreative reasons, the additional costs will be the TM's financial responsibility.

Travel is final once you receive your travel itinerary. Travel is booked in accordance with the SproutsCon schedule to ensure team members can attend all sessions fully. Please note that flights may include connections and all special requests must be noted in your registration including any disability accommodations needed. 

Starting May 2025, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights. You must have a Real ID or another TSA approved form of Identification in order to travel to this event.

Team Members are approved to expense one checked bag. In order to maximize your experience, we recommend you bring a carry-on and a checked bag to bring back event giveaway items.

Shuttle services are coordinated for all team member transportation to and from the hotel/airport in Nashville. Upon your arrival to the baggage claim area of the airport you will see staff holding Sprouts signage who can direct you to the pickup location. Shuttles are for team members only. 

All travel itineraries will be emailed to the email address listed during event registration and will CC your Store Manager.

Hotel confirmations are not necessary prior to your arrival. All team members who have registered for the event will have an individual room booked on their behalf. All that is required is showing an ID at hotel check-in. 

Please reach out to your DD, RVP or an HR Director. Day of flight issues that we can assist with must be related to weather/cancellations or a health issue. Earlier flight change requests without an applicable reason will not be accommodated.

Non-Sprouts Team Members are permitted to stay in your hotel room. However, all travel, transportation, meals and event activities are for Sprouts Team Members only. 

Sprouts is unable to book travel for anyone other than team members. If you would like to travel with your family you would need to book those flights separately after you receive your flight itinerary. Flight Itineraries will be sent as soon as your travel is booked. 

Personal vehicle use is not permitted. All Sprouts team members that are driving to the event will be placed in an event carpool and a rental car will be coordinated.
