Registration FAQ


All Vitamin & Body Care Managers, Grocery Managers, Deli Managers and Store Managers and select Support Team Members are invited to attend SproutsCon 2025. 

We ask that you register using your personal email address so that you have easier access to event communications including travel itineraries and event updates. 

Only the applicable team members are permitted to attend. No replacements will be sent if someone is unable to attend. SWA team members do not qualify for this event, with the exception of long-term SWAs which are determined at the discretion of the District Director and RVPs.

If you would like to make changes to your registration, please reach out to SproutsCon@Sprouts.com

Please notify us of all event cancellations by emailing SproutsCon@sprouts.com.

Team Members should register no later than July 1st. The exception to this is that new hires or newly eligible team members may register through August 3rd.

Confirmation emails will have come from noreply@vfairs.com (Sprouts Con 2025) with the subject “Your registration is confirmed for Sprouts Con 2025”. Please check your SPAM folder if you cannot locate it.
