Event Detail FAQs


Once registration is complete your information will be used to book your travel and accommodation. Please be on the lookout for a flight itinerary in the weeks following your registration. A few weeks ahead of the event, you will also receive a Team Member Guidelines document that outlines the full event details and helps you plan for your trip. This will be sent out by Communications no later than 3 weeks before the event.

SproutsCon 2025 will take place at the 

Gaylord Opryland Resort and Conference Center

2800 Opryland Dr, Nashville, TN 37214

To view the event app, please download the vFairs app from your app store. Once downloaded search for “SproutsCon” to locate our event specific app. You will login with the same credentials you created during registration.

Your event schedule can be located in the event app, by logging into your profile online, and will be included on the back of the event badge you receive at check-in. 

Upon arrival at the Gaylord Opryland please first visit the hotel check-in to check-in for your room. If your room is not yet available, you can leave your luggage at the front and they will notify you when your room keys are available for pickup. Please then proceed to the Convention Center area of the hotel. Event Check-In will take place in the Delta Foyer.

Event Check-In and welcome opens at 11:00am on Sunday, 8/17 and will remain open until 7:30pm. The first event activity, the dinner reception, starts at 6:30pm at the Opry House Plaza.

Please reference the Team Member Guidelines document for dress code specifics. This will be sent out by Communications no later than 3 weeks before the event.

Yes, this is a work event and team members are expected to attend all applicable/assigned sessions.
