SproutsCon 2025 will be at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee on Monday, August 18th, 2025 from 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM. The address for the Hotel and Convention Center is 2800 Opryland Dr, Nashville, TN 37214. The tradeshow will be held in Ryman C1 – C2.

Sprouts will be hosting the vendor address on Sunday, August 17th at 5:00 PM. During this vendor address, Sprouts leaders will present a company update to attending vendors, along with sharing how vendors can partner with us. RSVP for the vendor address is required during badge registration. Sprouts is not accepting submissions for Vendor speakers at this time.

If this is your first time attending SproutsCon, please ensure that you have reviewed the full Exhibitor Resource Center and order all applicable items for your booth. The Exhibitor task list is a great way to ensure you are on track.

For vendors who are currently selling items in Sprouts stores, please register for a booth HERE.

You will be billed for your booth via invoice through the Sprouts billback system on July 28th.

If you need to cancel your booth, please contact tradeshow@concinnityevents.com. See below for the vendor cancellation schedule: 

• Prior to July 1: Full refund will be issued if your booth space can be resold.
• Prior to August 1: 50% refund of booth fees.
• After August 1: No refund will be issued.

Yes, we will have free ice provided by Home City Ice available starting the morning of the tradeshow. Ice is first-come first-served. We have adjusted the amount of ice needed based on the previous year’s shows.  

Yes, lunch will be provided to vendors from 12:30 – 2:30 PM in Ryman B6 (you can enter from the show floor, see floorplan) on Monday, August 19th. Please ensure there is someone managing your booth at all times.

All exhibitors are asked to have current liability policies in place and have those readily available (digital acceptable) in the event there is an incident and proof of liability is required. We do not have “additional insured” requirements for this show.

All SproutsCon 2025 attendees need to have a badge to attend the show.

Unless you have a box truck or larger dropping off items for your booth, you are not permitted to load / unload booth items at the dock. Please contact tradeshow@concinnityevents.com if you need to load / unload at the dock, and we will connect you with Freeman to schedule a time. All other vendors must park their cars in the lot and bring their items to the tradeshow floor. Vendors are allowed to bring strollers or wagons to help carry booth items. Any items that require a forklift must be transported onto the tradeshow floor by Freeman.

For all 5x9 and 10x9 booths, vendors will receive (3) complimentary badges. For every 20x9 booth, vendors will receive (6) complimentary badges. Each additional badge will cost $249.  

Exhibitor Registration will be in the Ryman Foyer, right before you enter the exhibit space. Badge Registration opens on Sunday, August 17th at 12:00pm. The exhibit space / tradeshow floor will not open until 1:00 PM.

Vendors will be able to start setting up their booth on Sunday, August 17th at 1:00 PM. All booths need to be ready by 11:00 AM on Monday, August 18th.  

Your booth can have a maximum height of 16 feet.

Freeman will send you an email 2-3 weeks after your booth has been confirmed with information to view your Freeman Exhibitor Packet. In your Freeman Exhibitor Packet, you can view all perishable and non-perishable shipping information and receive your booth’s custom shipping labels. It is highly recommended that vendors use their Freeman shipping labels to ensure their product gets delivered to their correct booth.

No, booths will not be carpeted at SproutsCon 2025. Carpet can be purchased through Freeman here. 

Yes, there will be a cleaning station with clean water access near the back of the show floor. Reference the show floorplan for the area near the bottom-right.

For detailed information, review the show Sampling Policy. Only ‘warming’ of foods is allowed on the tradeshow floor. Cooking raw food is prohibited. Anticipated attendance for the 2025 show is 1800 team members from four key store positions and the support team. Sprouts encourages exhibiting brands to bring coupons in lieu of full samples where it makes sense.
