Welcome Sprouts Team!

This August, we're bringing the energy, ideas, and inspiration to Nashville, TN, at the Gaylord Opryland for SproutsCon 2025! More than just a conference, this is where we come together to connect, learn, and discover new ways to bring our purpose to life and help people live and eat better. Expect Fresh insights, powerful conversations, and a few surprises along the way! 

We're excited to welcome Store Managers, Grocery Managers, Vitamin Managers, and Deli Managers to this year's event.

Late Team Member Registration

Standard Team Member registration is now CLOSED. 

At this time, only the below types of team member registration will be accepted: New Hire or Change of Position. If one of these is applicable, please use this link to register for the event and create your team member login. For registration guidance, please see the how-to guide here

Travel Details

All travel arrangements (flight, hotel, ground transportation) from Sunday, August 17 – Tuesday, August 19 will be made on your behalf. Transportation is not included for anyone outside of SproutsCon attendees. All team members will be booked in their own rooms.

 

An email to confirm your flight information will be shared with you once booked. Travel will be final once you receive your travel itinerary. Travel will be booked in accordance with the SproutsCon schedule to ensure team members can attend all sessions fully. Please note that flights may include connections and all special requests should be noted in your registration including disability accommodations needed. In general, anticipate traveling the following times:

·         Travel to the event the morning of August 17, 2025

·         Return home the evening of August 19, 2025

 

Important travel update: As of May 7, 2025, the Real ID Act is enforced for air travel. Be sure your driver’s license is Real ID-compliant or have a valid passport to avoid travel issues.
